Chen Baiqi
陈柏麒Chen Baiqi is a co-founder and chief curator of KwanTeo, and president of the Shantou Film Association. Born in Chenghai, Shantou, he holds degrees from Hong Kong Baptist University, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Royal College of Art. He has worked as assistant curator at the Art Institute of Chicago, curator at OCAT Shenzhen, and art director at OCT Group's Innovation Research Institute, and currently serves as general manager of Jiahua Film (Guangdong). Since co-founding KwanTeo in 2015 with Chen Gongming, he has curated major Chaoshan cinema exhibitions including "Chaoshui Liubo" and "Shanhai Guren 1930s", and served as producer on multiple Chaoshan films by directors such as Cai Jie, Zhang Huibin, Chen Jianhang, Lu Xiaohao and Zheng Miaoxin.

观潮KwanTeo联合创始人、首席策展人，汕头市电影家协会主席。本硕博分别毕业于香港浸会大学、芝加哥艺术学院与英国皇家艺术学院，曾任芝加哥美术馆助理策展人、OCAT深圳馆策展人、华侨城集团创新研究院艺术总监。2015年与陈功铭共同创办观潮，长期致力于潮汕影像的发掘与全球串联。
